Location: Toronto, ON — 1 Dundas Street East

Pay: From $17.87/hour + commission

Type: Part-time or full-time • Seasonal • Fixed-term

Contract: Through November 2026

Hours: 20–40 hours/week

Work: In person


What You'll Do as a Tour Guide

• Host guests aboard Toronto's double-decker sightseeing buses

• Share engaging commentary about Toronto's history, neighbourhoods, and landmarks

• Interact with visitors and provide friendly customer service

• Explain tour routes, schedules, and features

• Sell, process, redeem, and validate tickets

• Help guests choose the right tour options

• Communicate with dispatch and office staff

• Represent City Sightseeing Toronto professionally and enthusiastically


What They're Looking For

⭐ Confident and comfortable speaking with the public⭐ Strong communication skills⭐ Interest in storytelling, tourism, or guest experiences⭐ Comfortable with ticket sales and customer interaction⭐ Reliable and adaptable⭐ Able to work independently⭐ Flexible availability, including weekends⭐ Legally eligible to work in Canada⭐ Second-language skills are an asset
