Most products sold on TeenStartSmart, including templates, guides, and other downloadable resources, are digital products. Because these items are delivered instantly after purchase, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.

Exceptions

  • The file you purchased is corrupted or cannot be downloaded

  • You were charged incorrectly or accidentally charged multiple times

  • There is a technical issue preventing access to the product
